Correct and complete input of all necessary bank details is a prerequisite for the timely, smooth payment of commission. Please ensure that by the final day of the month before the invoicing cut-off date, all necessary information is saved to your Online Office.
Please note: in the case of missing bank details that are only submitted after the cut-off date, commission cannot be paid, and will only be paid together with the following commission payment, at least one month later.*

*In the event that your bank details change after the cut-off date, such changes must be notified to RINGANA in writing (by e-mail to backoffice@ringana.com) so that a transfer can be organised for the next possible commission transfer date.
