Lots of you are already using the electronic RINGANA invoice, making a major contribution to protecting our environment. Over the course of October, we will now be switching completely from paper invoices to electronic ones.
What does that mean for you?
From that point in time, you will always receive your invoices in digital format by e-mail. This means that the option to print an invoice during the order process will no longer exist. The digital invoice will be attached to the e-mail as a PDF. You can easily save and archive it on your computer or smartphone. Naturally, you can also check your invoices at any time by going to https://www.ringana.com/my-personal-account/?lang=en. RINGANA Partners can also retrieve invoices from their customers’ customer datasheet if expressly requested, so that they can then print them at home and pass them on.
