Important notice to all RINGANA partners with a billing address in Mexico

We need your help with administrative details.

To ensure that the commissions for our RINGANA partners with a billing address in Mexico can be calculated and paid out correctly, it is essential that the data you previously provided during your RINGANA partner registration corresponds exactly as in your “Constancia de Situación fiscal”, otherwise unexpected delays may occur with your commission process. 

Therefore, we urgently need you to send us your document “Constancia de Situación Fiscal” and a screenshot or a pdf document of your bank statement, where only your bank account number and the CLABE interbank are visible by  24th of November 2023. 

Please rename the requested documents as follow: 

Constancia de Situación fiscal document: CSF_PartnerNumber.pdf 

Extracted Bank information: Bank_PartnerNumber.pdf or Bank_PartnerNumber.jpg 

Please email us everything to administration.mexico@ringana.com and as subject ”MEX Commission – PartnerNumber” before the 24th of November 2023 to ensure a smooth process of your incoming commissions. 

Therefore, please note that your full name, billing address or other information, that does not correspond, will be modified in our system according to the information indicated in the official documents. 

We take this opportunity to ask you to verify your RFC tax number and CURP number in your online office under “My account” – “My details” and that your bank information details have been provided correctly.
