If you need an invoice with a Pedimento number, please do not make the request directly on the platform. Instead, send an email to our RINGANA Partner & Customer Service at service@ringana.com with the information listed below:
- Order number
- Partner number
- Order confirmation number
- Date of order confirmation
- Tax affiliation according to SAT
- CFDI use according to SAT
