Adjustment of service hours

Dear Partners,

We never stand still at RINGANA. We are continuously analysing and permanently improving our processes so that we can offer you and our RINGANA customers an even better service on a lasting basis. An analysis of our Partner & Customer Service has shown that the chat function we offer is very popular. That is why from 16 October it will still be available to you from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. During those hours you can always chat with our Partner & Customer Service in German and English (please be sure to log in, so that you can use the chat function). Depending on availability, from 16 October you will also be able to chat with us in other languages. If these are not available at any time, we will handle foreign-language calls in English. Our chat is available to you for short queries that can be resolved quickly. For more complex questions, we would ask you to contact us by e-mail or telephone.

In contrast to our chat, we have noticed that the volume of telephone calls we receive has declined between the hours of 5.00 and 6.00 p.m. We will therefore be making a minor adjustment to our telephone service times so that we can offer you even more chat support.

ring(shop): 09.00 a.m. -6.00 p.m. (CET)

This change to our service times will not have any noticeable negative impact, but it’s guaranteed to offer customer service of even better quality. During the specified times we will always provide our service in German and English. In most cases, we can also be contacted in the 9 other service languages offered. However, it will not always be possible to provide all languages at all times. Queries in certain languages may therefore take a little longer to process than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you have queries outside our service times, or if you have questions on general subjects, your mentor will be happy to assist you.
